Job Summary: Lead, train, and motivate the production team, ensuring alignment with productivity and quality objectives, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with GMP. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure quality and compliance with GMP Motivate and monitor the performance of production assistants, providing guidance when necessary, while maintaining work pace, quality, and productivity to ensure completion of all tasks and guarantee that all operations comply with GMP. **Responsibilities:** Lead, train, and motivate the production team through regular meetings and by conducting internal training sessions to ensure all employees are aligned with the company’s productivity and quality objectives; Assign tasks among employees, considering individual skills and task complexity to optimize team efficiency and performance in executing operations; Identify and resolve operational issues by monitoring task progress and seeking immediate solutions to prevent interruptions and maintain production continuity; Monitor and facilitate production processes by verifying compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and providing technical support to ensure the quality and compliance of all manufactured products; Monitor the performance of production equipment, conducting regular inspections of functionality and reporting failures to the maintenance department to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity; Implement improvements in production processes by analyzing workflow and suggesting adjustments or innovations focused on increasing efficiency and reducing waste; Collaborate closely with the Production Supervisor by participating in alignment meetings and providing detailed updates on production progress and operational processes to ensure the supervisor maintains a clear view of operations and can make strategic decisions efficiently; Ensure proper use of materials and supplies by instructing the team on appropriate handling and controlling consumption to avoid waste and keep production costs within budget; Promote and ensure workplace safety through safety inspections and reinforcing correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent accidents and comply with regulatory standards. **Requirements:** **Bachelor’s degree preferred in:** Pharmacy, Production Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields. Knowledge of Production Processes; Resource Management and Inventory Control; Safety and Hygiene Standards; Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); Quality Control. Experience with cosmetic raw materials is a plus. Market-competitive remuneration. **Working Hours:** 7:45 AM to 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM
