We want to meet you! **JOIN US AND GROW TOGETHER!** #### **Key responsibilities:** * Contribute to the reliability of store inventory management by appropriately monitoring and controlling physical movements; * Conduct inventory audits, including cold storage rooms, and perform stock counts; * Patrol the premises to conduct effective observation and ensure the safety of the company and its customers; * Carry out preventive interventions in accordance with established protocols to minimize risks and losses within the company environment; * Contact the Military Police, Municipal Guard, Child Protection Council, SAMU (Mobile Emergency Care Service), Fire Department, or any other competent authority as needed to properly handle incidents; * Represent the company in filing police reports, attending police stations in person or using the online format whenever applicable; * Open and close the store within predetermined hours to deactivate and activate the alarm system, assuming responsibility for safeguarding access keys; * Request repairs for any item belonging to Koch Group’s assets; * Perform other related tasks as required or requested by the immediate supervisor. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed high school education. #### **Desirable requirements (advantage):** * Prior experience in this role is desirable. #### **Benefits:** * Unimed health insurance; * Dental plan; * Cafeteria with coffee; * Baby kit; * Life insurance; * Training programs; * Transportation allowance; * Monthly performance target; * Uniform; * University tuition assistance; * Disciplinary evaluation; * Five-year service award; * Professional advancement opportunities; * Daycare assistance; * Purchase discount program; * Pharmacy discount program;
