Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring the operation of injection molding and rotational molding machines, following safety procedures and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure operation of injection molding and rotational molding machines 2. Perform machine setup and regular mold changes 3. Fill out forms, checklists, and support new employees We are seeking an **Injection Molding Machine Technician / Mold Changer**, for our client located in **Itajaí\-SC**. **Mission:** Ensure safe and compliant operation of injection molding and rotational molding machines, strictly adhering to established safety procedures and quality standards. **Working Hours – 1st Shift:** (Mon to Fri \- from 5:00 AM to 2:12 PM). **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform machine setup according to work instructions; * Responsible for regular mold changes, preparing and feeding machines with raw materials, monitoring operational status and productivity; * Knowledge of operating raw material ovens, hot runner controllers, molds, and overhead cranes; * Complete required forms and checklists; * Provide support to new team members; * Contact maintenance team when necessary; * Support leadership team in process and team management as needed; * Assist the assembly and vinyl lines whenever required; * Ensure safe operations by complying with all safety rules, including: isolating the area when operating overhead cranes, inspecting overhead cranes, following product technical specifications, and adhering to instructions and procedures. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience as an injection molding machine technician; * Preferred experience with Polypropylene (PP), ABS, and Polycarbonate; * Familiarity with Haitian, Homi, and Jasot machines is desirable; * Overhead crane operator certification; * NR 11 training is desirable (not mandatory). **Benefits:** * Health allowance * Company-provided cafeteria meals * Meal voucher * Charter transportation (Brusque and/or Itajaí) * Fuel allowance * Pharmacy partnership with medication reimbursement * Gympass * Club Ifood * Medical and dental plan in partnership with the Metalworkers’ Union * Online consultations with health specialists * Group life insurance Join our team!
