Carry out corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on production area and utility equipment, aiming to maintain their functionality and availability; Perform tests, dimensional checks, maintenance, and/or assembly of mechanical parts, components, and devices on workbenches, ensuring their proper operating conditions; Inspect and condition the Factory’s Utility Systems, maintaining the basic supplies required for their operation; Execute improvement project tasks based on maintenance orders to ensure equipment effectiveness and cost reduction; Read and interpret mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings to understand equipment operating systems and detect anomalies; Participate in equipment effectiveness improvement processes using methodologies and programs provided by the company; Calcine plates using a fluidized bed furnace, ensuring their efficiency during the production process; Disassemble, measure, and machine plates, comparing them against existing standards to maintain their intended function; Measure, disassemble, and reassemble double-thread segments, ensuring wear remains within established limits so that the processability of various products achieves maximum overall efficiency; Recondition cutting assemblies by disassembling knife holders, machining knives, and replacing those below standard, ensuring pellet quality; Recondition volumetric and gravimetric feeders by conducting inspections during preventive maintenance to maintain raw material dosing quality; Assist in planning preventive and predictive maintenance for production lines; Monitor the downtime indicator for the line under your responsibility; Execute and assist in developing inspection and lubrication plans for production lines; Conduct FA (Failure Analysis) for line stoppages exceeding 2 hours or for recurrent stoppages; Supervise third-party maintenance activities, providing support to ensure quality and safety during execution; Organize and control technical documentation for machines and equipment to expedite maintenance activities; Analyze process indicators, monitoring and analyzing equipment failures, addressing root causes to meet established objectives and targets; Perform other related duties compatible with your professional background and at the discretion of your immediate supervisor.
