**Bravura Park is hiring!** We are seeking a new team member to strengthen our financial foundation and directly contribute to the park’s operational efficiency. **Position: Financial Analyst | Strategic Operations** On-site work in Tijucas – SC We seek analytical, organized professionals committed to control, accuracy, and excellence in operational financial processes. **Key responsibilities:** * Process, verify, and schedule payments to suppliers, service providers, and tax obligations * Validate fiscal and contractual documents prior to payment release * Monitor due dates and ensure the operation’s financial compliance * Record payments and perform bank reconciliations * Issue sales and service invoices according to internal demands * Manage receivables and monitor delinquency * Administer payment methods such as bank slips (boletos), PIX, and credit cards * Update and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow * Develop financial forecasts considering seasonality and park operations * Enter and verify invoices in the financial system/ERP * Support financial closings, audits, and managerial analyses * Contribute to the organization, control, and efficiency of internal processes **Desired profile:** * Organization and attention to detail * Analytical ability and critical thinking * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Agility and sense of responsibility * Proactive attitude and commitment to results **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields * Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow management * Knowledge of issuing and verifying fiscal invoices * Proficiency in Excel and financial systems/ERP * Familiarity with fiscal legislation and sound financial practices **Advantages:** * Experience in entertainment, tourism, hospitality, or large-scale operations * Exposure to high-volume operational financial processes * Familiarity with dynamic and seasonal environments ***If you believe in organization, strategy, and operational excellence, we want to meet you, candidate!*** Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Work location: On-site
