Support in improving internal controls and accounting classification Job Description for Accounting Analyst: We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to join our team. The professional will be responsible for performing accounting, tax, and financial activities, ensuring compliance with established regulations and procedures. Responsibilities: * Perform reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, ensuring consistency of accounting information; * Execute bank reconciliations and verify tax documents; * Calculate and complete tax closing for service invoices (ISS, IRRF, CSLL, PIS, COFINS, and INSS); * Analyze and manage fixed assets, including recording, disposals, and depreciation; * Prepare financial statements and management reports; * Prepare and review ancillary accounting obligations; * Conduct variance analysis of accounts and support the accounting closing process; * Contribute to improving internal controls by guiding company departments on proper accounting classification. Requirements: * Degree in Accounting Sciences * Experience in the accounting field * Knowledge of tax and fiscal legislation * Proficiency in accounting and financial management tools * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively * Experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting accounting systems.
