Supporting digital campaigns and promotional activities Promenac Motos is looking for a Marketing Assistant with a primary focus on creating and producing social media videos. We seek someone who is creative, organized, agile, and strategically minded—capable of transforming ideas into content that drives engagement and sales. **Responsibilities:** Develop ideas and concepts for institutional, commercial, and promotional videos. Create scripts aligned with marketing and sales strategies. Capture images and videos (indoor and outdoor). Edit videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms. Publish and monitor social media content. Analyze performance metrics and propose improvements to formats and approaches. Support digital campaigns and promotional activities. Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign planning. **Requirements:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields. Driver's license category B (category AB is a plus). Availability to travel between operational cities. Basic or intermediate video editing skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with Reels, Shorts, and TikTok. Familiarity with paid traffic and social media metrics. Knowledge of photography and design tools. Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence applied to content creation. Comfort appearing on camera (not mandatory). **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 6:18 PM; occasional Saturday morning events (occasional) **Salary:** R$ 3\.200,00 \+ R$ 400,00 objective bonus.
