Verify contractual supply conditions and product warranty terms. Handle non-conformities identified in the field with internal teams, developing scopes for assessment and correction. Create service orders, purchase requisitions, and sales orders. Manage documentation for integration of WEG contractors and supervisors mobilized to field sites. Perform follow-up on processes and activities involving the factory, shipping, logistics, and field operations.
