Job Summary: Responsible for executing and controlling Risk Management in road freight transportation, preventing losses and ensuring operational safety. Key Highlights: 1. Implementation of Risk Management in road freight transportation. 2. Monitoring of vehicles and cargo, and handling of deviations. 3. Loss prevention and compliance with regulations. **Job Summary** Responsible for executing and controlling Risk Management-related activities in road freight transportation, ensuring compliance with the PGR (Programa de Gerenciamento de Riscos), insurer requirements, and internal policies, with the objective of loss prevention and operational safety. **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze and apply PGR and DDR rules according to customer and insurer requirements. * Generate and configure Monitoring Requests (MR). * Monitor vehicles and cargo via tracking systems. * Identify and address route deviations, unauthorized stops, violations, and critical events. * Proactively mitigate risks and monitor incidents. * Interact with drivers, risk management companies, and insurers. * Operate GR portals for trip consultation, release, and monitoring. * Control RMA, RF tags, and signal mirroring, where applicable. * Record incidents and maintain information traceability. * Support audits and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations. **Requirements** **Education:** * Completed high school education. * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred. **Experience:** * Prior experience in Risk Management for road freight transportation. * Experience with PGR, monitoring, and incident analysis. **Technical Knowledge:** * Tracking systems (e.g., OnixSat, Sascar, Autotrac, Omnilink, etc.). * Risk management company portals (Buonny, Apisul, Raster, Opentech, Pamcary, etc.). * Basic understanding of risk analysis and logistics security. **Behavioral Competencies** * Adherence to procedural discipline and regulatory compliance * Analytical ability * Organization and control * Clear and concise communication * Emotional stability under pressure * Focus on prevention and compliance SENSITIVE POSITION TO OEA
