Description: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields; * Specialization in Project Management; Knowledge of agile methodologies; * Experience in managing system implementation projects. Negotiation and Communication are essential; * PMP and/or SCM certification desirable. * Manage and ensure the Implementation Project of the system marketed by the company, according to the implementation methodology, leading the responsible team and guaranteeing the delivery of the contracted scope, within agreed deadlines and costs; * Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, requirements, and constraints, managing the creation of the project charter and obtaining approval from involved parties; * Manage the development of the Project Management Plan containing activities, schedules, required resources, associated costs, and project risks; * Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders involved in the project, including the client, senior management, the project team, and other interested parties; * Ensure achievement of the company's revenue targets, safeguarding project profitability; * Deliver presentations to clients and colleagues; * Promote Benner's excellence practices, adhering to the guidelines defined in the Vision, Mission, and Values, aiming to maintain the company's image in the market in an ethical and responsible manner. 2510190202501621598
