Public service experience highly valued **Work schedule: rotating 6x1 shift, from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide friendly and efficient service to customers and visitors. * Check-in and check-out. * Telephone support; * Respond to emails; * Enter reservations into the system; * Register customer data in the system; * Organize the department. **Required Qualifications:** * Experience in public service; * Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; * Proactivity, organization, and attention to detail; * English proficiency and familiarity with Opera Cloud system are advantages.
