Development of technical authority in LGPD and data protection Our client is a company specializing in data protection and privacy (LGPD) and is looking for an Inside Sales professional with a commercial profile and results-oriented mindset to accelerate business growth. This professional will play a strategic role in opportunity generation, client relationship management, and lead conversion—directly contributing to portfolio expansion and strengthening the company’s market presence. **Responsibilities:** Conduct active and passive lead prospecting (outbound and inbound); Qualify opportunities according to ICP and defined criteria; Lead diagnostic and solution presentation meetings; Adopt a consultative approach—understanding the client’s context and proposing aligned solutions; Manage the sales pipeline in the CRM (pipeline tracking, follow-ups, and recordkeeping); Negotiate commercial terms and close deals; Meet sales targets, KPIs, and adhere to a structured commercial routine; Participate in training sessions, alignment meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives; Develop technical authority in LGPD and data protection services. * Requirements: \* High school diploma or equivalent; Engagement as an individual contractor (PJ/MEI); Experience in B2B sales; Prior experience as an Inside Sales, SDR, BDR, Closer, or Hunter; Proven track record in active prospecting and consultative selling; Experience selling services, consulting engagements, or complex solutions; Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipeline management; Practical knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Insight Sales, or similar); Commitment to continuous development and lifelong learning; Knowledge of or genuine interest in LGPD, Compliance, Cybersecurity, or regulatory topics; Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 5 times per year), with all costs fully covered by the company; Goal-, metric-, and performance-oriented mindset; Excellent communication skills, negotiation ability, and commercial posture; Strong commercial mindset and financial ambition; Discipline, organization, and respect for processes; Resilience to handle objections and extended sales cycles; Integrity, accountability, and owner’s mindset. **Benefits:** Cost-of-living allowance; Commission; Hybrid work arrangement after 6 months—2 remote days per week. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM **Work Location:** **Neighborhood:** Centro **City:** Camboriú **State:** SC
