Essenss Consulting provides specialized consulting services to companies across various sectors. With an experienced team, it delivers customized solutions to optimize processes and results. **Responsibilities:** Will work in the high-end women's apparel retail sector, located in the Downtown neighborhood of Balneário Camboriú\-SC. Provide personalized customer service both in-person and online via WhatsApp and social media. Manage the entire sales process, from initial reception through after-sales support. Create and post content, and monitor engagement on social media platforms. Organize products, track inventory, and manage merchandise shipments. Maintain the store environment consistently aligned with the brand's quality standards. Support other tasks necessary to fulfill the role. Previous experience as a Sales Representative, Commercial Consultant, Sales Executive, or Sales Advisor may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this position. **Desired Qualifications:** **Education:** Completed high school **Experience:** Prior experience required **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: Salary range will be disclosed during the interview. * Commissions 10% commission on sales. **Additional Information:** * Employment Type: Full-time \- On-site * Schedule: Full-time * Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (1-hour break).
