You will work closely with logistics carriers, monitor orders, analyze KPIs, and propose improvements based on customer feedback and satisfaction surveys. Interested? Then join us and become part of a team that delivers far more than orders — we deliver results and positive experiences. **DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:** The Logistics Assistant’s mission is to consistently pursue satisfaction and delight for both internal and external customers by addressing requests, monitoring priorities, resolving delivery-related issues, and proposing improvements through analysis of customer feedback and delivery satisfaction survey results.
