Responsibilities and Duties * Prospect new and inactive customers via WhatsApp, phone, and e\-mail; * Qualify prospects by collecting strategic business data; * Continuously update generated business opportunities; * Use the CRM tool to identify new business opportunities and keep customer management up to date.
