Prospecting and evaluating new suppliers Position located in Itajaí \- SC PCD candidates are welcome Support the procurement process for materials, supplies, services, and equipment, ensuring optimal cost\-benefit and alignment with company needs. Main Responsibilities: * Ensure timely availability of requested items to avoid operational impacts; * Conduct quotations, negotiate with suppliers, and secure the best commercial terms; * Manage the end-to-end purchasing process: from request to purchase order issuance; * Prospect and evaluate new suppliers that add value to the supply chain; * Monitor and report area performance indicators (KPIs), such as delivery lead time and quality; * Ensure compliance with internal policies and current legislation. Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree; * Prior experience in procurement; * Strong negotiation and communication skills; * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of the **Protheus** system.
