**Responsibilities and Duties** * Work in an integrated and planned manner on developed activities, monitoring and attending cases according to previously established criteria; * Welcome users, promoting humanized care; * Encourage integrated management and user participation in decision-making processes through participatory organization alongside the multiprofessional team; * Prescribe physical exercises for patients with cardiovascular diseases, vascular diseases, respiratory diseases, and chronic pain, in accordance with the Singular Therapeutic Project (STP) defined by the team; * Assess patients' physical performance; * Monitor patients during physical exercise execution; * Jointly evaluate, with the multiprofessional team, the development and implementation of rehabilitation actions; * Develop individual Singular Therapeutic Projects through periodic discussions with the team, fostering collective construction, user follow-up, and shared responsibility; * Plan and implement actions aimed at relieving chronic pain, using integrative and complementary health practices; * Perform other related activities within the scope of practice. **Requirements** * Completed degree in Physical Education; * Active registration with the Professional Council of the State of SC; * Knowledge in cardiovascular, pulmonary, or chronic pain rehabilitation; * Proficiency in physical performance assessment and monitoring techniques; * Experience in integrative and complementary practices is a plus; * Experience in public health settings and/or multiprofessional teams; Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 1:00 PM to 7:15 PM. ***Univali values inclusion and equal opportunity, and all positions are open to persons with disabilities and INSS-rehabilitated individuals.*** Job Type: Part-time, CLT Permanent Contract Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education allowance * Private pension plan * Transportation voucher Education: * Completed Higher Education (Mandatory) Work Location: Itapema/SC License/Certification: * CREF (Mandatory) Salary: R$3.800,00 - R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education allowance * Private pension plan Work Mode: On-site
