Strategic management of schedules, budgets, and performance indicators Engineering Manager \- Piçarras/SC \- 1112 An engineering company specializing in developing mid- to high-end projects, with expertise in technical management, project coordination, and high-complexity engineering solutions, is seeking an **Engineering Manager** to strategically and technically lead engineering projects and processes, ensuring operational efficiency, technical quality, and compliance with industry standards and best practices. **Key Responsibilities:** * Resolve **highly complex technical issues**; * Perform **analysis, coordination, and supervision of multidisciplinary projects**; * Monitor and follow up on execution activities, operational demands, and production; * Ensure compliance with **technical standards, safety, quality, and innovation**; * Manage **schedules, budgets, performance indicators, and technical reports**; * Develop technical reference materials for process standardization and improvement; * Support strategic decisions related to engineering and construction execution; * Collaborate closely with technical teams, designers, and stakeholders. **Mandatory Technical Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in **Civil Engineering**; * Solid experience in **engineering management** and high-complexity projects; * In-depth knowledge of engineering processes, technical standards, safety, and quality; * Experience with **BIM methodology** in high-end vertical projects; * Experience with **Wastewater Treatment Plant (ETE) projects**; * Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning for solving complex problems; * Experience in project management (schedules, budgets, indicators, and reports); * Proficiency in the **Microsoft Office Suite**; * Advanced computer skills; * Willingness to work **on-site in Balneário Piçarras/SC**. * Basic knowledge of **Revit or Builder**; * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary projects; * Experience in high-end vertical developments. **Working Hours:** • Monday to Thursday: 9 hours/day; Friday: 8 hours/day Submit your resume via the website: **www.rhf.com.br/lilianesoares** **Email:** selecaopicarras@rhf.com.br **WhatsApp:** (47\) 99681\-2525 \| (47\) 99950\-9926 **Instagram:** **@rhfpicarrassc\_estacaosc** *Note: When contacting us, please specify the position of interest and the city where you wish to work.* Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
