Monitor productivity, quality, and deadlines of executed services A construction company seeks a Construction Master in Itajaí (Centro). **Responsibilities:** Coordinate and supervise construction teams (in-house and subcontracted). Monitor service execution according to plans and established schedules. Ensure compliance with technical standards and occupational safety regulations (NRs). Monitor productivity, quality, and deadlines of executed services. Request and oversee material deliveries at the construction site. Verify measurements and services performed by the team. Support the responsible engineer in overall project control. Maintain site organization, cleanliness, and discipline. Identify and report non-conformities and site requirements.
