Responsibilities and duties of our **Sales Coordinator:** * Collaborate with the Administrative Sales Manager to establish the sales team’s targets in alignment with the Unit’s strategies; * Monitor and follow up on results, supporting the sales team in managing strategic client portfolios, order processing and issuance, and credit approvals, while developing key negotiations for the Unit; * Oversee client negotiations, authorizing special discounts and payment terms; * Supervise external sales representatives’ and technicians’ weekly visit schedules and planning (CRM), monitoring, intervening, and suggesting improvements; * Supervise outbound calls, focusing on outreach techniques, objectives, and target achievement; * Map the regional market using intelligence gathered by the team; * Centralize competitor information and market analysis data in the CRM and report it to management; * Analyze team and individual performance, identify development needs, foster each member’s growth, and train the sales team through coaching; * Organize sales representatives’ client portfolios, scheduling periodic portfolio hygiene and rotating inactive accounts; **Requirements and Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields. Residency in São Paulo – Capital. 100% on-site work. Commercial area experience.
