Our client, a real estate company located in Balneário Camboriú/SC, is seeking a marketing professional to join its team. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Proficiency in tools: Canva, CapCut, RD; * Experience in audiovisual recording and production; * Creativity and strong written communication skills; * Availability to work in Balneário Camboriú, Itapema, and Itajaí; * Personal equipment (iPhone). Responsibilities * Management of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube); * Production, editing, and publication of content in various formats (photos, videos, reels, stories, shorts); * Creation of scripts and captions with strong writing and brand-aligned language; * Video editing using CapCut and graphic design using Canva; * Monitoring and organizing our weekly newsletter (Imobille News) in RD (review, scheduling, and suggestions); * Support in audiovisual recordings; * Aesthetic sense and design knowledge to assist in layout creation; * Generation of insights and creative suggestions to enhance social media performance. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Hiring Type:** PJ (Individual Entrepreneur) **Work Modality:** In-person
