We are driven by **organization, continuous development, and high performance**, and we seek people who enjoy structuring and improving processes, and transforming ideas into clear, scalable projects. **The Role's Challenge** You will be responsible for **organizing and structuring CRI's strategic projects**, compiling information provided by partners and leaders, thereby documenting, standardizing, and making these projects accessible and replicable across the entire team. Your role will be fundamental in transforming knowledge into **processes, trainings, and internal materials**, directly contributing to the company's evolution. **Main Responsibilities** * Compile and organize information from projects developed by partners and leadership * Structure projects clearly, document them thoroughly, and standardize them * Make projects replicable and scalable * Create **internal books**, supporting materials, and project-related content * Conduct internal trainings on projects for teams * Support implementation and monitoring of projects across departments * Organize workflows, processes, and tracking controls **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in: + Administration + Production Engineering + Project Management + Business Process Management or related fields * Proficiency in **Excel and Microsoft Office Suite** (intermediate to advanced level) * Experience with project management tools * Strong communication and teaching skills for delivering trainings * Organized, analytical profile with a process-oriented mindset **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of **programming languages** * Experience with tools such as Trello, Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or similar * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, OKRs) **The Profile We Seek (CRI DNA)** * Organization and attention to detail * Proactivity and ownership mindset * Ability to transform ideas into clear processes * Strong communication and teaching ability * Genuine desire to learn, evolve, and grow alongside the company **What We Offer** * **CLT** employment contract * Salary of **R$ 3.500,00 + benefits** * Professional, structured, and continuously growing work environment * Direct interaction with partners and leaders * Opportunity for professional development and growth
