Align candidate profiles with managers and monitor hiring processes. Coordinate employee onboarding processes. Support leadership in people management by providing guidance on HR practices. Develop and monitor training and development programs. Track and verify employee attendance records. Participate in implementing and updating HR policies, procedures, and projects. Monitor HR departmental metrics and propose continuous improvement actions. Promote internal communication, endomarketing, and employee retention initiatives.
