Description: * Bachelor's degree completed in Accounting Sciences, Human Resources Management, Information Systems, or related fields; * Experience in payroll department routines and knowledge of social security and labor legislation; * Experience in people management routines such as training, performance management, etc.; * Experience providing support for HR management systems or implementing/configuring such systems; * Pro\-activity and focus on delivery; * SQL and VBA knowledge is desirable. The HR vertical is undergoing continuous evolution, encompassing financial, accounting, tax, commercial modules, and HR subsystems—including people management, payments, and strategic HR risk management.
