Job Summary: Analyst responsible for contract analysis, compliance, risk reduction, and financial controls, providing critical insights for executive decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Special and operational contract analysis and compliance 2. Reduction of fraud and improper payment risks 3. Critical analyses for executive decision-making **Responsibilities:** * Analyze special contracts, primarily milk cooperatives contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies, legislation, and agreed parameters; * Perform periodic controls for the Tetra Pak contract, including volume-based bonus calculation and reconciliation, audits, invoice validation, and support to AP, AR, Marketing, and Sales departments; * Ensure information compliance and contractual adherence by conducting financial and operational reviews; * Maintain consistency and periodicity of controls; * Review and parameterize internal and external databases; * Reduce risks of fraud, improper payments, and discrepancies in internal and external records; * Deliver critical analyses enabling executive decision-making. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in: Administration, Accounting, Economics, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience in: Internal Controls, Controller's Office, Cost Accounting, Taxation, or related areas; * Experience in contract analysis, preferably financial, supplier, or commercial contracts; * Advanced Excel; * Ability to * Ability to analyze financial scenarios, price comparisons, variances, and indicators; * Experience with document validation, invoices, reconciliations, and control frameworks; * Intermediate or advanced English; * Strong writing skills and ability to produce executive reports.
