What you will do here:
* Lead Lean Manufacturing projects, such as Kaizen, Kanban, and SMED.
* Implement and maintain 5S practices and process audits.
* Apply tools such as PDCA, MASP, Pareto, Ishikawa, among others.
* Lead quality audits, implement action plans, and deliver tangible improvements.
* Participate in initiatives to reduce industrial waste and increase efficiency.
* Ensure training and disseminate the continuous improvement culture across the team.
**Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Administration, or related fields.
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Process Analyst, Lean Analyst, or Continuous Improvement Analyst.
* Specialization or certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (minimum Green Belt), and Project Management.
* Training in 5S, Kaizen, or similar methodologies.
* Experience in process audits, methodology implementation, and leading improvement initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
* PMP certification.
* Practical experience in high-impact projects within industrial plants.
