Currently experiencing rapid national expansion, with over 1,200 employees, 11 branches, and an office in China, serving the market for 46 years. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate backhoe loaders on different types of terrain and working conditions; * Perform excavations, trench digging, truck loading, and support earthmoving operations; * Handle material movement and site leveling; * Conduct daily equipment inspections (checklist) and ensure proper equipment maintenance; * Identify and report maintenance requirements; * Strictly comply with safety regulations and PPE usage guidelines; * Support the operational team as required by job demands. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a backhoe loader operator; * Certification as a heavy machinery operator; * Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance; * Valid driver's license (preferred); * Availability to work according to operational demands. **Employment Model:** * Service provision (Legal Entity – PJ); * Must possess an active and compliant CNPJ; * Issuance of service invoices; Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
