Logistics company seeks an Operational Leader in Itajaí. TPC Group is a company specializing in technology and communication solutions. Focused on innovation, it provides services that meet its clients’ needs in the digital market. **Responsibilities:** Operational Management: Lead the operational team to ensure activities are executed in accordance with targets and SLAs. Assign tasks to assistants, verifiers, and operators, ensuring compliance with Service Instructions (SIs). Monitor receiving, warehousing, returns, and product verification processes. Validate the use of smart scanners and RFID for recording and traceability. Monitor reports, KPIs, overdue invoices, and departmental priorities. Ensure proper storage of materials by type and location (pallet racks, mezzanine, blocked areas). Inventory and Shipping: Supervise safe and organized material handling and picking. Coordinate segregation of items according to classifications (e.g., D900, DSAO). Monitor shipping and issuance of fiscal documents in compliance with internal and legal regulations. Inventory: Plan and coordinate cyclic and general inventories to ensure accuracy. Validate physical counts and system discrepancies. Lead investigations and propose improvements to reduce inconsistencies. People Management: Conduct feedback sessions, training, and team development. Participate in recruitment processes and internal programs (TPC Valoriza). Ensure compliance with safety standards, 5S, and best operational practices. Facilitate communication among operations, supervision, management, and customers. Continuous Improvement and Results: Support performance and productivity tracking through reports and KPIs. Implement process improvements in logistics to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
