




We are hiring a Butcher to handle the preparation, cutting, and handling of meats, ensuring quality, hygiene, and excellent customer service. The professional will be responsible for proper product processing and department organization. Responsibilities: * Cut beef, pork, poultry, and other products according to standards; * Sort, clean, debone, and portion meats; * Organize display counters and cold storage rooms; * Serve customers by answering questions and suggesting suitable cuts; * Monitor product expiration dates, quality, and preservation; * Maintain a clean work area and comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience as a butcher; * Knowledge of various meat cuts; * Basic understanding of food hygiene and handling; * Agility, responsibility, and strong customer service skills; * Ability to work effectively in a team.
