This position’s mission is to ensure the execution of support services (e.g., cleaning, organization, etc.), implementing the defined work plan to achieve user satisfaction and safety. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Clean and organize rooms, offices, storage areas, and other environments (general living areas); * Perform general internal and external site cleaning; * Carry out minor excavation and backfilling tasks; * Support the storekeeper in organizing the storage area and counting materials; * Load and/or unload materials onto trucks and perform horizontal and vertical material handling on-site; * Operate and clean the wheel-wash station, including truck tire washing; * Install safety and site identification signage; * Set up safety netting, move, position, and secure guardrails; * Clear vegetation and apply herbicide around the site perimeter; * Perform minor plumbing repairs; * Assist in applying mortar to slab soffits; * Assist in waterproofing, barbecue grill assembly, and window installation; * Mix mortar using a concrete mixer; * Monitor and maintain the brush-washing station and temporary wastewater treatment plant (ETE); * Use materials rationally to avoid waste; * Comply with company safety, quality, and environmental standards; * Support colleagues and supervisors in related job duties; * Attend meetings and uphold the values and principles outlined in the Code of Conduct; * Follow procedures relevant to the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Incomplete elementary education; * NR 18, NR 35, and NR 12\.
