Key responsibilities: * Quote prescriptions received through DrogaVET’s contact channels, including in-person counter service; * Maximize sales conversion following quotation submissions; * Address veterinarians’/customers’ questions regarding medications, deliveries, etc.; * Serve customers by processing medication refills and handling other requests; * Accurately request and register all required customer, animal, and veterinarian data in the system; * Perform necessary calculations to correctly formulate prescriptions according to veterinary instructions; * Conduct cross-selling (proactive sales) and up-selling (dosage forms and flavors) with customers to increase sales, revenue, and customer loyalty; * Monitor renewal of continuous-use prescriptions under control and contact customers for new orders after issuance of the continuous-use report; * Consult relevant technical sources to finalize order details and address veterinarians’ questions regarding pharmaceutical forms, dosages, literature, etc.; * Interpret messages from external requesters and route calls to the appropriate department; * Receive visitors, announce their arrivals, and direct them to respective departments; * Provide administrative support by taking, relaying, and returning phone calls and messages; * Inform the purchasing manager about unavailability of any active ingredient so that action can be taken; * Assist in maintaining work equipment and ensuring workplace organization and cleanliness whenever needed; * Comply with company policies, guidelines, and procedures—including any newly introduced ones—as required; * Perform additional related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor, as needed.
