Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams A hospital medical devices manufacturing and trading company seeks a Research and Development Support Technician in Itajaí (Center). **Responsibilities:** Support product research and development activities. Participate in continuous improvement, standardization, and operational efficiency projects. Assist in process organization and documentation. Conduct tests and analyses according to technical guidelines. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop solutions. Comply with quality standards and internal procedures. Previous experience as a Research and Development Analyst, Innovation Assistant, R&D Project Coordinator, or Product Development Specialist may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
