Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring product replenishment, restocking, and organization; correct pricing; and hygiene standards for improved customer presentation. Key Highlights: 1. About Us GTOP comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for product replenishment, restocking, and organization on shelves, islands, and checkout stands; correct pricing; and adherence to procedures, hygiene and safety regulations, pre\-established standards, and store layout—ensuring and providing integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the entire product mix (variety) available to customers. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to achieving the Grocery Department’s sales targets through product replenishment, restocking, and organization on shelves, islands, and checkout stands; correct pricing; and adherence to procedures, hygiene and safety regulations, pre\-established standards, and store layout—ensuring and providing integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the entire product mix (variety) available to customers; Contribute to product quality and loss reduction through appropriate storage on shelves, islands, checkout stands, and in the warehouse; organization; cleaning and sanitation of the sector; verification of expiration dates according to the FIFO principle (First Expired, First Out); as well as adherence to procedures, hygiene, quality, safety, and pre\-established standards; Monitor and organize products with approaching expiration dates (Short-Dated Products), displaying them in designated promotional areas; Perform control and retrieval of expired products and those with inadequate quality or appearance, sending them to the warehouse for disposal or possible supplier returns; Maintain sector organization and cleanliness, as well as equipment and utensils, by performing daily sanitation procedures and requesting equipment adjustments and maintenance when necessary; Assist in related activities as needed; Requirements **Academic Qualification:** High school diploma preferred **Additional Information:** **Work Location:** Bonifácio Haendchen Street, 1120 \- Belchior Central, Gaspar \- SC, 89110\-000 **Working Hours:** 3:00 PM to 9:15 PM **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Plan Retail Store Purchase Agreement Life Insurance Attendance Bonus * Position available for PWDs
