Job Summary: Responsible for restocking, replenishing, and organizing products on shelves and islands, ensuring product integrity and presentation of the full product mix. Key Highlights: 1. Maintaining hygiene and safety in the department About Us GTOP Group comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. Managed by a multi-family administration, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for stocking, replenishing, and organizing products in the Refrigerated Department’s shelves and islands; ensuring correct pricing while adhering to procedures, hygiene and safety regulations, pre-established standards, and store layout—thereby guaranteeing and enhancing product integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the entire product mix (variety) available to customers. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to achieving departmental sales targets by restocking, replenishing, and organizing products on shelves and islands, applying correct pricing, and following procedures, hygiene and safety regulations, pre-established standards, and store layout—thereby guaranteeing and enhancing product integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the entire product mix (variety) available to customers; Contribute to product quality and loss reduction by appropriately storing products on shelves and islands, in warehouses, refrigerated chambers, and frozen chambers; maintaining organization, sanitation, and cleaning of the department; checking expiration dates according to the FIFO principle (First Expired, First Out), and complying with procedures, hygiene, quality, safety regulations, and pre-established standards; Monitor and maintain the standard temperature of the frozen chamber, following established rules and standards, conducting daily monitoring and maintaining required records; Monitor and organize products with approaching expiration dates (Short-Dated Products), displaying them in designated promotional areas; Control and collect expired products or those with inadequate quality or appearance, sending them to the warehouse for disposal or possible supplier returns; Maintain departmental organization and cleanliness—including equipment and utensils—through daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment adjustments or maintenance when necessary; Assist with related activities as needed; Requirements **Academic Qualification:** High school diploma preferred Valid health certificate **Additional Information:** **Work Location:** R.
