With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2,000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35,000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for supplying, replenishing, and organizing products on shelves, islands, and checkout stands; applying correct pricing; and following procedures, hygiene and safety regulations, pre-established standards, and store layout—ensuring and promoting product integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the entire product mix (assortment) available to customers. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to achieving the Grocery Department’s sales targets by supplying, replenishing, and organizing products on shelves, islands, and checkout stands; applying correct pricing; and following procedures, hygiene and safety regulations, pre-established standards, and store layout—ensuring and promoting product integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the entire product mix (assortment) available to customers; Contribute to product quality and loss reduction by appropriately storing products on shelves, islands, checkout stands, and in the warehouse; maintaining organization, sanitation, and cleanliness of the department; verifying expiration dates according to the FIFO (First Expired, First Out) rotation principle; and adhering to procedures, hygiene, quality, safety, and pre-established standards; Monitor and organize products with approaching expiration dates (Short-Dated Products), displaying them in designated promotional areas; Perform control and collection of expired products, as well as products with inadequate quality or appearance, and send them to the warehouse for disposal or possible supplier returns; Maintain and ensure the organization and cleanliness of the department, equipment, and utensils through daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment adjustments or maintenance when necessary; Assist in related activities as needed; Requirements **Academic Qualification:** High school diploma preferred **Additional Information:** **Work Location:** Avenida Frei Godofredo, 1500 - Santa Terezinha, Gaspar - SC **Working Hours:** 12:50 PM to 3:00 PM and 4:10 PM to 9:20 PM **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Plan Shopping Discount Program (Group Stores) Life Insurance Attendance Bonus * Position available for Persons with Disabilities (PCD)
