With multi-family administration, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for stocking, restocking, and organizing products on shelves, islands, and checkout stands; correct pricing; adherence to procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre\-established standards, and store layout—ensuring and providing integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the entire product mix (variety) available to customers. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to achieving the Grocery Department’s sales targets by stocking, restocking, and organizing products on shelves, islands, and checkout stands; applying correct pricing; following procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre\-established standards, and store layout—ensuring and providing integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the entire product mix (variety) available to customers; Contribute to product quality and loss reduction through appropriate storage on shelves, islands, checkout stands, and in the warehouse; organization; sanitation and cleaning of the department; verification of expiration dates according to the FIFO (First Expired, First Out) rotation system; as well as adherence to procedures, hygiene, quality, safety standards, and pre\-established standards; Monitor and organize products with approaching expiration dates (Short-Dated Products), displaying them in designated promotional areas; Perform control and collection of expired products, as well as products with inadequate quality or appearance, and send them to the warehouse for disposal or possible supplier returns; Maintain department, equipment, and utensil organization and cleanliness through daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment adjustments and maintenance when necessary; Assist in related activities as needed; Requirements **Academic Qualification:** High school diploma preferred **Additional Information:** **Work Location:** Avenida Frei Godofredo, 1500 \- Santa Terezinha, Gaspar \- SC **Working Hours:** 12:50 PM – 3:00 PM and 4:10 PM – 9:20 PM **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Program Shopping Benefits at Stores Life Insurance Attendance Bonus * Position available for Persons with Disabilities (PCD)
