Focus on compliance, continuous improvement, and excellence FG Empreendimentos seeks a **Quality Assistant (Product)** to strengthen the technical team, directly ensuring quality standards of developments, with emphasis on compliance, continuous improvement, and excellence in customer delivery. This position involves direct coordination with construction, engineering, and processes, playing a strategic role in ensuring rigorous and consistent adherence to execution and regulatory standards. **Responsibilities:** * Verify material specifications and ensure compliance with technical standards, including monitoring concrete pouring; * Validate on-site service execution, ensuring conformity with established execution standards; * Conduct technical inspections of units prior to customer handover; * Assess process effectiveness and propose product and execution improvements; * Develop and review operational work instructions; * Update and structure technical reports using tools such as Word, Power BI, and related software; * Serve as an internal auditor for quality and environmental management systems. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related fields; * Experience in construction sites or quality roles within civil construction; * Experience conducting internal quality audits; * Knowledge of technical standards and construction processes; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Familiarity with Power BI is a plus; * Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO or similar) is a plus; **IMPORTANT INFORMATION!** ***This position is also open to candidates with disabilities (PwD)*** **Employment Type**: CLT **Work Model**: Fully on-site position in Balneário Camboriú/SC. **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM. **Benefits/Facilities – CLT:** Meal Allowance – BRL 38.18 per working day (available via Pluxee Brasil card), with no payroll deduction; Transportation Benefit via Viação Praiana (optional, with 6% payroll deduction); Unimed Health Plan – APS Regional (optional), effective after 3 months of probation.
