Job Summary: Responsible for quotation, negotiation, and procurement of medicines, hospital supplies, and veterinary products, ensuring regulatory compliance and process optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Negotiation and procurement of essential supplies, including medicines and vaccines 2. Development of relationships with national and international suppliers 3. Strategic involvement in the supply chain for critical products Responsibilities: * Conduct quotation, negotiation, and procurement of medicines, hospital supplies, vaccines, and veterinary products; * Develop and maintain relationships with national and international suppliers; * Monitor and control purchase orders, delivery timelines, and product quality; * Ensure compliance with regulatory standards set by ANVISA, MAPA, and other relevant authorities; * Participate in the qualification of new suppliers; * Prepare purchasing performance reports and KPIs; * Support the finance department with payment-related information and cost control; * Collaborate with inventory, pharmacy, veterinary, and hospital departments to forecast needs and anticipate purchases; * Continuously evaluate opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction. \* Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Knowledge of pharmaceutical supply chains and specific regulations (ANVISA, MAPA, etc.); * Skills in negotiation, inventory control, and purchasing planning; * Advanced Excel proficiency and data analysis skills; * Strong communication, proactivity, and analytical mindset. \* Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$3\.800,00 per month Work Location: On-site
