





**Schedule:** 12x36 (11:00 AM to 11:00 PM) **Location:** Unimed Litoral Hospital, Balneário Camboriú/SC **Department:** ICU Pharmacy **Requirements:** Completed High School Education Computer Skills (basic) Microsoft Office Suite (basic) **Job Mission:** Verify and perform inventory counts. Fulfill demand for medical prescriptions and material and medication requisitions from the hospital. **Main Responsibilities:** 1. Sort material and medication requisitions from requesting departments 2. Handle internal phone calls (extensions) 3. Request, transfer, and verify ad-hoc orders between facilities (Distribution Center / Nuclei) 4. Request, verify, and transfer requisitions between pharmacies 5. Serve internal customers (at the door) and external customers according to department-specific protocols 6. Monthly cleaning and verification of emergency carts / backpacks / cabinets per schedule, as well as procedure kits 7. Store and verify receipt of Distribution Center orders; label unlabeled items 8. Restock items into bins/cabinets at the end of each shift 9. Conduct shift handover 10. Monitor medication expiration dates and appropriate storage temperatures 11. Record temperatures in assigned inpatient units 12. Manage stock expiration dates and quantities (VPSP) 13. Daily count of psychotropic drug drawers (beginning and end of shift), applicable per pharmacy 14. Weekly multi-dose count, applicable per pharmacy 15. Report daily pending items and/or non-conformities to immediate supervisor 16. Comply with and implement institutional guidelines (ITs/FQs, ACO, RI-009, MA, checklists, training targets, 360° evaluations, and timely performance reviews) 17. Perform duties inherent to the position, as directed by leadership 18. Contact suppliers as required by routine operations 19. Monitor supplier deliveries 20. Sort and identify boxes/carts according to delivery schedules and surgical appointments 21. Receive and verify implantable device boxes and surgical instrument sets provided by suppliers 22. Record incoming and outgoing instrument boxes per standard procedure 23. Label boxes per standard procedure established by the Central Material Management Department (CME) 24. Record incoming items in spreadsheets following established workflow 25. Return boxes to suppliers after verification and standardized documentation 26. Perform other related duties consistent with the responsibilities of your operational unit and the nature of your work, as directed by management.
