Here, you can chart your future path!** * Open maintenance tickets; * Monitor revenue (hourly / monthly / new customer acquisition / partnership agreements); * Monitor regional activity — competitors and generator hubs; * Customer service; * Customer support center (SAC) service; * Claims handling (Sinistro); * Develop work schedules; * Reconcile cash registers; * Inspect equipment and infrastructure; * Inspect parking lots; * Manage maneuvering, lot, and cashier teams; * Complete revenue spreadsheets; * Conduct flow / occupancy / idle time analysis; * Perform operational checklists; * Manage office supplies / receipt rolls / cleaning materials; * Manage petty cash fund; * Submit financial reports (daily cash closing); * Handle delinquency issues for monthly customers and partnership agreements; * Process time sheets; * Address requests from clients / designated contacts; * Train maneuvering, lot, and cashier teams.
