Here, you can chart your path to the future!** * Open maintenance tickets; * Monitor revenue (hourly / monthly / new customer acquisition / partnership agreements); * Monitor regional activity—competitors and generating hubs; * Customer service; * Customer support center (SAC) service; * Claims handling (Sinistro); * Develop work schedules; * Verify cash register balances; * Inspect equipment and infrastructure; * Inspect yard areas; * Manage maneuvering, yard, and cashier teams; * Complete revenue spreadsheets; * Conduct flow / occupancy / idle time analysis; * Perform operational checklists; * Manage office supplies / receipt rolls / cleaning materials; * Manage change fund; * Prepare financial reports (daily cash closing); * Handle delinquency issues for monthly customers and partnership agreements; * Process attendance records; * Address requests from clients / stakeholders; * Train maneuvering, yard, and cashier teams.
