RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES * Manage and develop the IT team, fostering high performance and engagement; * Define and execute the IT strategy aligned with corporate objectives; * Ensure availability, performance, and security of infrastructure and systems; * Guarantee compliance with LGPD and best practices in information security; * Lead digital transformation, cloud, and automation projects; * Manage departmental budget and vendor relationships; * Ensure excellence in support for internal users. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in IT Management or business-related areas (preferred). * Proven experience in leading IT teams and managing IT projects. * Knowledge of infrastructure, networks, cloud environments, and ERP systems (Sankhya is a plus). * Familiarity with information security standards (LGPD).
