With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2,000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35,000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and controlling checkout-area activities, guiding and clarifying cashiers’ and packers’ daily tasks, approving transactions, providing necessary materials to the team, organizing meetings, and primarily attending to customers—following established protocols, rules, standards, and procedures—to ensure excellence in customer service and accuracy in the store’s financial transactions. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure proper execution of operational procedures at the checkout area by guiding and monitoring daily routines, deadlines, and prescribed methods; performing system loads on POS terminals and scales; checking prices; providing and clarifying information; monitoring cash-handling discrepancies (monetary movements and loss prevention); organizing informative and supportive meetings; and attending to customers across various requests; Ensure accurate cash withdrawals and daily checkout closings, including physical cash counting and reconciliation with system records, to guarantee accuracy in the store’s financial transactions; Guarantee and organize customer flow to prevent queues; Ensure compliance with internal conduct, service, and security policies; Contribute to reducing checkout-area losses through preventive actions—including minimizing bag waste, preventing theft, and ensuring prompt returns of perishable items, etc.; Manage personnel matters related to shift scheduling, time banks, vacations, and other work-hour-related demands—by monitoring managerial reports provided by the Human Resources Department and advising employees accordingly; Promote professional development and team motivation through continuous guidance and feedback, performance monitoring, and technical training; Provide support and assistance in related activities as needed; Requirements **Minimum academic qualification:** Completed high school **Specific knowledge:** Cashier operations, financial transactions **Additional information:** Fully on-site position **Work location:** Avenida Frei Godofredo, 1500 – Santa Terezinha, Gaspar – SC **Working hours:** 12:50 PM to 3:00 PM and 4:10 PM to 9:20 PM **Benefits:** Health insurance Dental insurance Pharmacy benefits Retail purchase benefits Life insurance Attendance bonus * Position available for persons with disabilities
