Managed by a multi-family administration, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2,000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35,000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in activities related to sorting, cutting, weighing, packaging, labeling, and restocking various types of meat, keeping them organized, visually appealing, and properly stored according to established standards, production schedules, and protocols, as well as serving and selling to customers, offering products and clarifying doubts in accordance with rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and defined goals. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to store sales through strategic product display and provide personalized customer service at the counter; when necessary, advise customers on product types and derivatives, prepare, package, weigh, and deliver products to customers; Assist in sorting, cutting, weighing, packaging, labeling, and restocking various types of meat, maintaining organization, visual appeal, and proper storage according to established standards, schedules, protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and goals; also collect and store trimmings, fat, and tallow in designated collector boxes for sale to bone-processing factories; Enhance customer service efficiency by ensuring continuous replenishment of product display counters and accurate pricing, following predefined rules and standards; Reduce shrinkage and discrepancies by regularly auditing inventory and handling and storing meat appropriately; Boost departmental sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and strong customer relationships; Assist in receiving, transporting, and organizing products, preparing and storing them in refrigerated and freezing chambers, while maintaining cleanliness and optimal working conditions in compliance with hygiene, safety, and predefined standards; Support physical inventory counts, controls, and stocktaking; Monitor product appearance and expiration dates daily, removing damaged, expired, or unlabelled items from display; Assist in preparing seasonings and roasting meats and other items as needed; Maintain departmental organization and cleanliness, including equipment and utensils, by performing daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment adjustments or maintenance when necessary; Assist in related tasks as required; Requirements **Minimum academic qualification:** Completed elementary education Valid health certificate **Additional information:** 100% on-site position **Work location:** R.
