We are looking for a Billing Analyst. **Responsibilities:** Providing customer service to clarify questions regarding invoices, payment slips, and collections, and making appropriate internal referrals when necessary; issuing and verifying invoices, followed by sending them to customers; generating bank payment slips and Electronic Service Invoices (NFS-e); recording payments in the system to ensure accurate receipt reconciliation; sending receipts and payment confirmations to customers; supporting internal billing controls, ensuring adherence to deadlines, organization, and compliance with company processes. **Requirements:** Previous experience in billing, accounts receivable, or financial operations; experience with issuing invoices, payment slips, and Electronic Service Invoices (NFS-e); knowledge of collection processes, reconciliation, and payment posting; customer service experience to address billing-related inquiries; **Basic to intermediate Excel skills** (filters, simple formulas, data organization); organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. **Preferred Qualifications:** Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, etc.); **What We Expect From You:** To be determined to succeed, embracing challenges with a proactive attitude and a drive to make things happen.
