Job Summary: Invoicing Analyst responsible for the end-to-end invoicing process of fiscal invoices, scheduling shipments, and supporting order reconciliation. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring of delivery deadlines and commercial terms A textile manufacturing company is seeking an Invoicing Analyst in Blumenau. **Responsibilities:** Execute the end-to-end invoicing process for fiscal invoices for both domestic and international customers. Schedule shipments and finalize cargo loads in collaboration with freight carriers and magazines. Support reconciliation between sales orders and generated fiscal invoices. Monitor delivery deadlines, freight costs, and commercial terms. Issue and archive fiscal and logistics documents. Previous experience as a Collections Specialist, Billing Assistant, Financial Analyst, or Billing Coordinator may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this position. High school diploma required.
