Job Summary: This position involves assisting in the preparation of breads and doughs, serving customers, organizing products, and maintaining cleanliness in the bakery section, in accordance with established standards and protocols. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing breads, savory snacks, and doughs by selecting and handling ingredients, processing food items, keeping them organized and visually appealing, and packaging them according to established standards, following production schedules and protocols; additionally, serve and sell to customers by offering products and clarifying inquiries in compliance with rules, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and set goals. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to store sales through strategic product display and provide personalized customer service at the counter, including guiding customers on product types and derivatives when necessary, as well as preparing, packaging, weighing, and delivering products to customers; Contribute to the production of various bakery-related products by baking, frying, cutting, preparing, and packaging them, following production schedules and protocols, rules, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and goals; Enhance customer service efficiency by continuously restocking product display counters and ensuring correct pricing in accordance with pre-established rules and standards; Boost bakery section sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and effective customer relationship management; Help reduce losses by correctly arranging displays according to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles and producing quantities as scheduled, following production protocols and recipes; Monitor product appearance, expiration dates, and pricing, performing daily checks, and removing products with damaged packaging, expired items, or missing identification; Assist in receiving and transporting products, as well as preparing and storing them in appropriate locations; Support inventory counts, controls, and audits by assisting in product counting; Maintain organization and cleanliness of the section, equipment, and utensils by adhering to daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment calibration and maintenance when necessary; Process customer payments at the bakery cash register when required; Support the integration and orientation of new employees whenever necessary; Assist in related activities as needed; Requirements **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary education Valid health certificate **Additional Information:** 100% on-site position **Work Location:** Margem Esquerda \- Gaspar **Working Hours:** 1:00 PM to 9:20 PM, with a 1-hour break **Benefits:** Health Insurance Plan Dental Insurance Plan Pharmacy Benefits Program Shopping Benefits Program for Stores Life Insurance Attendance Bonus Performance-Based Bonus * Position available for Persons with Disabilities (PCD)
