Comprehensive benefits: health, education, and well-being Responsibilities and Duties: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for warmly welcoming customers and providing the best possible human-centered service. You will exceed customer needs by offering complete solutions, including pharmaceutical products and services, as well as other categories such as dermocosmetics, convenience items, fragrances, nutrition, and general merchandise. You will ensure store organization, cleanliness, and compliance with sanitary regulations to deliver an optimal customer experience. As a Cashier (Financial Operator), you will be responsible for cashier operations at the store, collecting payments, and performing cash handling procedures including opening the register, cash withdrawals (sangria), and closing the register. You will also support customer service and store organization to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience.
