




**Job Description** We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to work in the administrative/financial area, focusing on invoicing, transport documents (CT\-e), and operational support. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience with **ERP systems**. Ideal for professionals seeking to work in **administrative routines, logistics, transportation, and document auditing**. **Responsibilities:** * Register, enter, and **settle invoices and CT\-e** in the ERP system, following internal procedures. * Conduct **audits of extra charges** requested by carriers, ensuring compliance and accuracy. * Maintain **daily interaction with carriers** to verify documents, confirm deliveries, and resolve pending issues. * Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Logistics, Operations, and Billing) to ensure proper information flow. * Identify **process failures, inconsistencies, and problems**, suggesting improvements. * Keep administrative controls updated, organize documents, and maintain spreadsheets. **Requirements:** * Experience with **ERP** (SAP, JDE E1, Neogrid or similar). * **Intermediate Office Suite**, especially Excel. * Prior experience in **administrative and/or financial routines**. * Experience with **transport documentation**, invoices, and cost analysis is a plus. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and capacity to handle large volumes of information. **Salary:** R$ 2\.461,00 **Benefits:** VR – R$ 880,00 **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM **Schedule:** 5x2 (Monday to Friday) Job Type: Permanent CLT, Temporary, Apprentice Pay: R$1\.546,17 \- R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal Voucher Experience: * Intermediate Microsoft Excel ?
