Job Summary:
Professional responsible for collecting samples, providing customer service, managing appointment schedules, and releasing test reports.

**REQUIREMENTS**
* Completed Technical Nursing course with active registration at COREN
* **Completed specialization in Occupational Nursing Technician** and solid experience in the role;
* Basic/intermediate computer skills;
* **Experience in venipuncture;**
* **Experience in performing complementary exams (ECG, EEG, Visual Acuity) is desirable;**
* Familiarity with the **SOC** tool is a plus.
* Proactive attitude, punctuality, and problem-solving ability;
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Perform collection of laboratory tests;
* In-person, email, and telephone customer service;
* Opening patient records and managing appointment schedules;
* Issuing ASO (Occupational Health Certificate) in coordination with the medical team;
* Ensure timely release of test reports;
* Receive and evaluate test results;
* Enter data into the internal system (SOC);
* Serve company employees;
* Monitor and control SLA for customer service;
**COMPENSATION**
* Employment type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract
* Salary: R$3.325,00 per month + Hazard Pay
* 44-hour workweek, Monday to Friday — Schedule: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM;
* Meal allowance: R$20.00 per day
