We seek a proactive, engaged individual with excellent analytical skills who can collaborate effectively across different departments of HarmonizaPRO. Our culture is strong and deeply rooted, just like our team. **Responsibilities:** Identify contractual and litigation-related legal risks and propose legally sound solutions aligned with the company’s guidelines and interests; Support internal departments by drafting legal opinions, providing legal guidance, and clarifying technical matters, acting as a business partner; Draft and review medium-complexity procedural documents, such as initial pleadings, responses, appeals, and other submissions; Monitor civil, mass, and strategic judicial proceedings at all instances, ensuring compliance with deadlines and maintaining high technical quality in deliverables; Conduct litigation and contractual risk analyses, suggesting defense strategies, settlements, and contingency mitigation measures; Support the preparation of management reports, presentations, and legal performance indicators to aid decision-making; Collaborate with the team on matters referred to the Legal Department upon request; **Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Law, with active registration at the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); Solid experience in contracts, civil litigation, and basic corporate governance routines; Strong critical analysis, organizational, and medium-complexity procedural document drafting capabilities; Experience working in legal departments within corporate environments. **Additional Information:** Commission on recovered amounts from delinquent accounts Hybrid work model Part-time
